i'll give you some of mine.
I plan out exactly what i'm going to eat the day before and stick to that.
I have a list of the numbers 1 to 30 on my wall and i cross them off each day i've been good. If i don't stick to my diet, then i have to make a new list and start again.
Whenever i'm so hungry that i think 'i don't need to lose weight' 'i don't care about my body that much' i just walk away from the food that surrounds me and think 'don't think about it, just do it'
I try and think of all the clothes i'll be able to wear when i'm skinny.
You know when you someone comes into work or school and they've lost heaps of weight and everyone is saying how great they look? i imagine myself being that girl and how great it will be.
I wear a rubber band on my wrist and snap it 10 times when i'm craving junk food badly. I find that it really works in keeping me strong.
